COVID-19 Advisory

Our safety protocols continue to evolve as we adhere to the national & local safety guidelines & health agencies. We encourage everyone to continue working together to ensure that our community remains safe, worry-free, and adventure-ready.

  • For the safety and convenience of our clients, we highly encourage you to book your appointments prior to your visit. Walk-in clients will only be accepted subject to the availability of time slots to avoid overcrowding at our studios.

  • We understand and respect our clients’ choices and we encourage everyone to personally do what brings them peace of mind. Wearing of face masks will be optional for vaccinated customers, though state and local indoor mask mandates will supersede all Wink Laser Studio policies.

  • As of October 28, 2022, wearing of face masks indoors shall be voluntary and it will no longer be a requirement during your treatments. For your safety and comfort, you may choose to still wear your face mask during treatments (for non-face treatments).

As we shift to the new normal, the flow of your visit will have some changes. We’ve created new guidelines to keep everyone in our environment safe from COVID-19, but we’ll be needing your participation as well.

Safety precuations

For a safe and hassle-free Wink experience

  • 📍 As always (since we opened in 2011)—rooms and surfaces are carefully sanitized after each treatment; masks, gloves, and sheets are replaced after every use. We never reuse tools at Wink without replacing, sanitizing, or sterilizing them.

    📍 Equipping our studios with UV Air Purifiers, Protective Panels, Social Distancing Floor Stickers, and Smoke Evacuators (which capture plume from laser procedures).

    📍 Limiting the number of appointments for controlled in-store foot traffic.

    📍 Increased frequency of cleaning for all common areas and enhanced disinfection protocols for all areas of the studio.

  • 📍 All our neat-freak aesthetic nurses are equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE Suit, Protective Eye Goggles, Surgical Face Mask, and Gloves).

    📍 Daily staff health checks throughout the day. Store employees with symptoms will be immediately sent home.

    📍 Please arrive on time. Arriving late may lead to rescheduling your appointment.

  • 📍 Check-in waivers will now include a COVID-19 questionnaire.

  • 📍 For your safety and comfort, you may choose to still wear your face mask during treatments (for non-face treatments).

    📍 Contactless transactions are highly encouraged. This means: utilizing contactless payments (through Debit or Credit cards, GCash, Paymaya) and email receipts. However, cash, installment payments (when eligible) and printed receipts will still be available upon request.
