REPORT A SCAM

At Wink Laser Studio, we take your safety seriously. If you've encountered a suspicious social media account, website, email, app, or any interaction using our brand's name, logotypes, images, or intellectual property that seems off, we’re here to help.

Here’s how to identify and report a potential scam:

  • Check the Email Address: If you’ve been contacted via email, ensure the sender is using an official Wink Laser Studio email, which should end in @winkstudio.ph. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to contact us to verify if the sender is legitimate.

  • Look for Verification: Suspect a social media account? If you come across any unverified pages using our name or images, please report them to us.

  • Payment Red Flag: Be cautious! If any of our staff asks you to pay for sessions or packages via personal e-wallets or bank accounts, this could be classified as a scam. All payments should ONLY be processed through our in-store reception counter or official payment channels listed on our website. All transactions outside the official company’s cashier and/or deposited to an unofficial bank account or e-wallet will not be honored.

    If you've been offered a too-good-to-be-true deal or discount that’s not listed on our official website, social media channels, or through email, this could also be a scam.

  • No Payment for Competitions or Offers: Wink will never ask you to make payments for participating in any competition, raffle, or program unless it’s directly related to your purchase at any of our locations or through shop.winkstudio.ph.

How to Report a Scam

Have you spotted a suspicious activity or interaction? Please report it to us by providing:

  • The URL or link to the website, social media account, or app in question.

  • The original email as an attachment if you were contacted via email.
