 Laser Facial Pores & Pigment

4 WEEKS

  • Avoid facial resurfacing, chemical peeling, pixel laser etc.
  • Avoid botox, fillers, and collagen injections on the area

2-3 WEEKS

  • Avoid tanning and extreme sun exposure to prevent sunburn

1-4 WEEKS

  • Avoid peeling products, whitening or bleaching products, and topical agents that can leave the skin dry, sensitive, itchy, and peeling

1 WEEK

  • Avoid taking photosensitive oral medications such as antibiotics, diuretics, etc.
  • No waxing/threading or treatments that may cause sensitivity and redness in the facial area

RIGHT AFTER

  • For Laser Facial Pigment: If the treated area feels too warm, wash with cold water to soothe the skin
  • Apply sunblock lotion, and the anti-inflammatory cream that will be applied by the nurse

4-6 HOURS

  • For Laser Facial Pores: You may wash the area with cold or warm water
  • For Laser Facial Pigment: Please wait until 4-6 hours before soaking the treated area with warm water or taking hot showers

24 HOURS

  • Within 24hrs, avoid using facial products to prevent clogging of the pores and irritation on the area
  • Use sunblock with a minimum of SPF30 daily (even if you’ll be indoors!) to prevent hyperpigmentation
    *We do not sell creams or toners, but we do offer anti-inflammatory cream and sunblock which you can use on exposed treated areas.
  • Use moisturizer twice a day daily to prevent dry skin and micro peeling

2-3 DAYS

  • Avoid friction and physical activities that cause excessive sweating in the treated area (e.g. workouts, hiking, etc.)

2-3 WEEKS

  • Avoid tanning, tanning lamps & products, outdoor swimming, and sun exposure to prevent sunburn and/or hyperpigmentation

Recommended interval: Every 2 weeks to boost the effectiveness of either Laser Facial Pores and/or Laser Facial Pigment. For maintenance treatments, every 4 weeks is recommended.

Laser Whitening

4 WEEKS

  • No botox or injections on the area

2-3 WEEKS

  • Avoid tanning, peeling products, and extreme sun exposure to prevent sunburn

1-4 WEEKS

  • Avoid peeling products, whitening or bleaching products, and topical agents that can leave the skin dry, sensitive, itchy, and peeling

1 WEEK

  • Avoid taking photosensitive oral medications such as antibiotics, diuretics etc.
  • No waxing/threading or treatments that may cause sensitivity and redness on the area

Laser Hair Removal

4 WEEKS

  • No waxing/tweezing/plucking on the area since hair roots must be present

2-3 WEEKS

  • Avoid tanning and extreme sun exposure to prevent sunburn

1-4 WEEKS

  • Avoid peeling products, whitening or bleaching products, and topical agents that can leave the skin dry, sensitive, itchy, and peeling

1 WEEK

  • Avoid taking photosensitive oral medications such as antibiotics, diuretics, etc.

24 HOURS

  • Shaving is allowed, but is not recommended and should be avoided

RIGHT AFTER

  • Apply sunscreen with minimum SPF30 on exposed treated areas during the entire treatment course
  • Use anti-inflammatory cream to treat redness, itchiness, and swelling as needed
  • Wash the area when you get home with mild soap and cold water

4-6 HOURS

  • Wait until 4-6 hours before soaking the treated area with warm water or taking hot showers

24 HOURS

  • Avoid applying deodorants, lotion, or any products with active ingredients on the treated area

2-3 DAYS

  • Avoid friction and physical activities that cause excessive sweating in the treated area (e.g. workouts, hiking, etc.)
  • Mildly exfoliate the area using a soft cloth or exfoliating gloves with mild liquid soap in a circular motion. (2-3x a week)

2-3 WEEKS

  • Avoid using any abrasive skin cleaners, tanning, outdoor swimming, and sun exposure to prevent sunburn

Recommended interval: For facial hairs, every 4 weeks. For body hairs, every 6 weeks.

Laser Tattoo Removal

4 WEEKS

  • Avoid facial resurfacing treatments (e.g. pixel laser, microneedling, etc.)
  • No chemical peels or deep exfoliating treatments on the area
  • No botox, fillers, collagen injections on or near the treatment area

2-3 WEEKS

  • Avoid tanning or prolonged sun exposure to prevent sunburn
  • Stop using tanning products or treatments

1-4 WEEKS

  • Avoid peeling products, whitening or bleaching products, and topical agents that can leave the skin dry, sensitive, itchy, and peeling

1 WEEK

  • Avoid waxing, threading, or any procedure that may cause sensitivity or redness on the treatment area
  • Refrain from taking photosensitizing oral medications (e.g. some antibiotics, diuretics, Isotretinoin). Always consult your doctor before stopping any prescription meds.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER

  • The treated area may feel warm or sensitive — this is normal.
  • Apply the anti-inflammatory cream (typically for 3 days).
  • Use a broad-spectrum sunblock (SPF30 or higher) on exposed areas daily — even indoors.

FIRST 24 HOURS

  • Apply cold compresses as needed to reduce swelling.
  • Keep the area clean and dry.
  • If prescribed by your dermatologist, use antibiotic ointment on any broken skin or open wounds.

4-6 HOURS AFTER

  • Gently cleanse the area with cold or lukewarm water. Avoid hot water or high-pressure showers.

FIRST 3 DAYS

  • Continue applying the anti-inflammatory cream 2–3 times daily.
  • Avoid sun exposure, sweating, soaking, or scratching.
  • Let any blisters or scabs heal naturally—do not pick or peel them.

24 HOURS AFTER

  • Avoid applying other facial products except prescribed creams, moisturizer, or sunblock.
  • Begin using a gentle moisturizer twice daily once scabbing reduces to prevent dryness and micropeeling.
  • Continue applying SPF30+ sunscreen daily on exposed areas to prevent hyperpigmentation.

UP TO 2 WEEKS

  • Switch fully to a gentle moisturizer once scabbing stops.
  • Apply SPF50 daily once the skin is fully healed to protect new skin.

2-3 WEEKS

  • Avoid swimming (pools, beaches), saunas, and tanning beds
  • No sun exposure or outdoor activities that may trigger pigmentation or slow healing

Recommended interval: For Best Results: Sessions may be done every 4–6 weeks or as advised by your Dermatologist. Ensure consistent sun protection and skin hydration to support full skin recovery and reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation or scarring.
